Buy Gift Certificate

Before you begin please read through and accept the information below regarding the online ordering process.

• All purchases made online must be paid for with a valid credit card. A specialist secure-ticketing provider, Tickets.com, powers the BridgeClimb online ordering system. Any information you submit online is safe and will be kept confidential. We accept:
  
  
• Purchasing at the last minute? After completing your purchase you will be able to download a temporary electronic 'Gift Letter' for immediate gift giving. To confirm, you will need to have received the actual Gift Certificate via post prior to being able to proceed in making a booking.
• When making a Gift Certificate purchase online, please specify the purchaser's name and address details. The address must match the credit card holder’s billing address, otherwise the credit card transaction may be declined.
• Once purchased, you will receive your Gift Certificate by mail. If you live in Australia you will receive your certificate within five (5) working days. If you live overseas, allow ten (10) working days for delivery. In the interim, however, you will be able to download a 'Gift Letter' to present to the recipient until the original arrives in the mail. NOTE: If you require the Gift Certificate to be mailed to another address please specify the delivery address in the "Send additional comments to BridgeClimb" field on the final purchase screen.
• All Gift Certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, and the Climb must be completed prior to the 1 year expiry date.
• Gift Certificates are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
• There is space provided on the Gift Certificate for you to personalise the Certificate and write a message to the recipient.
• Gift Certificates for child Climbers (10 to 16 years old inclusive) can be purchased individually. However, please bear in mind that upon redemption of the Certificate a child Climber must be accompanied by an adult on the Climb (maximum of 3 children per adult).
• There is space provided on the Gift Certificate for you to write the recipient's name along with a personal message.
• The maximum number of Gift Certificates available for purchase ONLINE at one time is ten (10). Should you wish to purchase more than 10 Gift Certificates, please repeat the order after completing the initial transaction or email us at admin@bridgeclimb.com
• YOU CANNOT USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO BOOK A CLIMB ONLINE. If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for your booking, you will need to email us at admin@bridgeclimb.com or contact our ticket hotline on +61 (0)2 8274 7777.
• Gift Certificates may be used for promotional activity but require prior written authorisation from BridgeClimb. Email: marketing@bridgeclimb.com
